Company Background:

Eaton Properties, Inc. has been creating dream homes for families throughout northern Georgia since 1994. President, Howard Eaton ad business partner Ken Greene’s successes can be attributed to one core ideology-“from beginning to end, every home we build is constructed and treated as though it were our very own”. More than just words, it is this simple commitment to quality that has forged trusting relationships with clients and makes every EPI home extraordinary.

Mr. Eaton’s roots in residential development go back to the mid-80’s in Anderson South Carolina, where he served as the Executive Officer of the regional Home Builder’s Association. He spent 7 years as Manager of Contractor Sales for Lowe’s. It was during this period of his career that he became an expert in supply chain economics, contractor relations and customer service. Howard then launched C.H. Eaton Enterprises, which became Eaton Properties, Inc. in 2007. As a compliment to EPI, Howard started the Northeast Georgia Millworks and Specialty Shop, which directly sources many homebuilding products.

Recognized as one of the premier custom homebuilders throughout North Georgia and upstate South Carolina, surprisingly, EPI has only two employees, Howard and Ken. “We’re not trying to be big, we just want to be one of the very best,” clearly they are achieving that goal. When Atlanta Golf Magazine sought a custom builder to create their Golf Dream Home at Waterfall Country club, they looked no further than EPI. At the Cliffs Community, they are the Development Zone Builder and are honored to also be one of the Signature Builders.
